Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton has waived his preliminary hearing which means he will stand trial on arson and felony child abuse charges in Brown County court.
Castilloveitia-Quinton is accused of setting fire to the building on August 21. The club was not open when the fire started and the second floor apartments were vacant at the time. Four children were with him and investigators believe he lured them there.
The fire started in a rear apartment and extended to the rear storage area. Damage estimates are coming in at $100,000.
Castilloveitia-Quinton's next court appearance is scheduled for October 31.
