The Brown County UW-Extension hosted its first ever Teen Farmer's Market outside the west side Boys and Girls Club Thursday.
Both organizations partnered to create the program that provides lessons in horticulture and healthy lifestyle habits.
Teenagers learned how to grow their own produce and how to market it, and sell it at the market.
Proceeds from the farmer's market will go towards an end-of-the-year field trip to Troy Gardens in Madison.
