A 16 year old Two Rivers teen is charged today with attempted first degree intentional homicide and other charges after he allegedly attacked his mother with a knife. Jackson Vogel was charged as an adult in Manitowoc County court. Police say he stabbed his mother several times on September 29th. Vogel is due back in court on November 28th for a competency hearing.
