Bellin College is preparing students for careers in the healthcare field.

Students get to use technology to get a real world feel for what the healthcare field is like.

Some of the unique technology that is helping students is a birthing manikin simulator, a trauma manikin simulator and a new 3D virtual anatomy table.

"They get much more prepared by using the simulators here at the college at a comfort level because we can redo scenarios verses the hospitals you're not able to do that type of thing," explained Bellin College health science resource center coordinator, Ashley Hall.

The simulators are incredibly life-like.  Some of them will even talk to express pain and other issues students might encounter in the real world.
