UPDATE:  The Green Bay SWAT team ended a stand off on the city's west side.

The call came in just after five as a domestic disturbance.

Police went to a home at the corner of Phoebe and Chestnut.  A woman reported a man hit her with a gun and pointed it at her.

Police surrounded the house and called for everyone to get out.  Once everyone, but the man, got safely out, SWAT was called in.

They entered the home and found a 40 year old Green Bay man hiding in the basement.  He was arrested on weapons charges, battery and disorderly conduct.
