Suspected ISIS Supporter Appears in Texas Court

One of two men arrested near San Angelo for providing support for international terrorist organization ISIS made a court appearance in Abilene Monday. 
 
San Angelo Live reports Jason Michael Ludke, 35, and Yosvany Padilla-Conde, 30, both of Milwaukee, were both taken into custody on Friday after a months-long FBI undercover investigation.
 
Padilla-Conde is made an initial appearance at the federal courthouse in Abilene at 10:00 a.m. He is charged with Attempting to Render Aid to a Foreign Terrorist Group. He will be receiving a court-appointed attorney and has requested to have his initial hearing in Abilene before returning to Wisconsin. 
 
The date for that hearing has not been set. 
 
Ludke was charged with a, "criminal complaint with attempting to provide material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization, ISIS," according to the paper, which reports Padilla-Conde was is accused of aiding and abetting Ludke.
