Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton appeared in a Brown County courtroom to enter a plea on arson and federal child abuse charges for his alleged role in an August 21st fire at the Ten O One Club in Green Bay.
Castilloveitia-Quinton's attorney entered a not guilty by reason of mental defect to the crimes.
In court documents, prosecutors say Castilloveitia-Quinton lured four children inside the closed nightclub call it his secret hideout. The fire started shortly after in a rear apartment. The prosecutors and defense lawyer will find third party experts to either refute or support the claim of a mental defect.
Castilloveitia-Quinton is due back in court in January.
