The man accused in a double murder is being held on a $5 million dollar bond. 26 year old Jacob Cayer was booked pending charges of first degree intentional homicide in connection with the deaths of two women ages 63 and 25 years old.

Investigators with the Hobart-Lawrence police department are still on the crime scene two days after the discovery of the women's bodies. Prosecutors asked a Brown County judge for the high bond due to questions over Cayer's mental state and requested more time to process the criminal complaint against the suspect. Cayer is due back in court on June 17th.
