A man accused of driving drunk and killing a couple in a Green Bay traffic crash has pleaded no contest to charges including reckless homicide.

Daniel Boucher will be sentenced Feb. 17 for the crash last February that killed James and Wendy Rush and injured a passenger in Boucher's vehicle.

Boucher pleaded no contest Tuesday to four charges. Fifteen others were dropped but may be considered by Judge Thomas Walsh at sentencing.
