A man charged in the death of 25-year-old Matthew Pagel enters a "no contest plea" in court Monday.
24-year-old Adam Ozuna will not contest a "reckless homicide" charge.
According to the criminal complaint, Ozuna allegedly beat Pagel to death during a drug deal, leaving his body in a ditch near Clintonville.
16-year-old Zachary Hohn also faces charges related to the murder.
