The Oshkosh Police are asking for your help finding a man who beat another man severely outside the Jockey Club on the night of Friday, April, 8th. A 20 year old Oshkosh man suffered facial injuries and had to be taken by ambulance for treatment. The suspect has a partially amputated middle finger on his left hand. If you know him, you should call police.
