If you look up in the sky, you won't just see the moon, you'll see what's called the Super Moon.

According to NASA, the so called Super Moon will be the closest full moon to Earth since 1948 and it won't be this close again until 2034.

NASA says the moon could appear larger and reflect 30 percent more light than when it's in its farthest point of orbit.

Astronomers say the moon is just under 220,000 miles away at its closest point to Earth and nearly 250,000 miles away at its farthest point.

The best time to see the Super Moon will be Monday night.
