PLOVER, Wis. — Jackson Kelly, an 18-year-old student at Stevens Point Area Public School District, is missing. Kelly was last seen at his home about 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
He is about 6 feet, 1 inch and 220 pounds. He is believed to be driving a 2008 Honda Accord with a Wisconsin license plate of 905-ZHD.
In addition, the vehicle has SPASH Football, SPASH Baseball, Plover Black Sox, yellow smiley face and small American flag stickers.
