Steven Avery will be getting another chance in court soon.
Avery is currently serving a life sentence, after being convicted in the 2005 murder of Teresa Halbach.
The Wisconsin Appeals Court is sending his case back to the Circuit Court, so more evidence can be presented there.
Avery's legal team now has 30 days to file their motion to the court. The court will then have 60 days to give their order.
The case has gained international interest, following the Netflix series "Making A Murderer".
