The Wisconsin state legislature plans to return to Madison for a lame duck session.

Lawmakers plan to vote on a $100 million tax incentive bill that would keep Kimberly-Clark from shuttering a plant that employs about 500 people in Fox Crossing.

Senate Republicans didn't have enough votes to pass the bill by the September 30th deadline, but they still have hope a deal can be reached.
