Texas Roadhouse and local members of law enforcement are teaming up for a good cause.
They are collecting donations to support Wisconsin Special Olympics.
THe restaurant will donate 10 percent of all food sales.
"Over the years we've gotten to know a few of the athletes. They look forward to this event because we work together side by side with them," said Deputy Rick Karman with the Kewaunee County Sheriff's Department. "They're fun to work with. They take good-natured ribbing just like we do from them."
The restaurant collected donations Monday.
They'll collect again on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Racine, Green Bay, Janesville, Waukesha, Madison, New Berlin, Wausau and Sheboygan are all taking part.
