Back in 1901 the "Old Bell Tower" in Sturgeon Bay rang out for the first time. But in recent years the tower has remained silent, as the bell and tower awaited some much needed upgrades from the community. For nearly a decade a bell tower in Sturgeon Bay has stood silent. But this holiday season the "Old Bell Tower" will sound once again, thanks to a community that couldn't bear to not hear it.
