Thomas M. Rust has been found safe.

A silver alert has been issued for Thomas M. Rust of Washington County.
Rust is described as an 83-year-old white male, about 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes.
Rust is believed to be wearing a maroon plaid shirt with khaki pants and leather house slippers. He also wears eyeglasses.
Reports say Rust left a doctor's appointment in West Bend.
He was last seen in Sheboygan County at 3:48 p.m. on Friday, November 11.
Financial records place him in Northeastern WI as of early Friday evening and he may be traveling through Manitowoc County.
He is believed to be driving a silver 2004 TT Audi with the license plate BINBIN.
