A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for missing 82-year-old Kim Lulloff. He was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Menasha. Lulloffis driving a 2015 maroon Subaru Outback with Wisconsin plate number 446WTR.
He is 5'10" and 160 pounds with gray short hair and glasses. He is wearing a green and orange shirt, blue and white checkered pajama pants and sandals. He has back pain and walks very slowly.
Lulloff gets lost or confused when away from home. He took the keys and left home this morning without saying anything. It is unknown where Lulloff is headed but he has ties to the Waupaca area.
