UPDATE: As of about 5:15 p.m., Donald Skinner was east of the Wausau area and likely continuing east.

A Silver Alert has been issued by Eau Claire Police for Donald Skinner, 86, who is 5'7" and weighs 167 pounds. His hair is short, brown with gray. He wears glasses and has hazel colored eyes. Skinner was last seen wearing khaki pants with a gray or blue jacket.
He was last seen at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Price County. He left a breakfast restaurant in Eau Claire at 10 a.m. and did not return home as expected. Skinner has gotten lost previously and on that occasion was located in Minnesota. Investigative efforts place him in Price County Tuesday afternoon.
He's driving a 2004 gray Chrysler PT Cruiser with personalized license plates "WI, REALIFE."
