UPDATE: Pomerenke has been found safe.
A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for Dwight Pomerenke, 80, of New London.
He was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. He reportedly left his home to head to Waupaca, but never reached his destination.
He's described as a white man, 5'8'' tall, around 125 lbs. He's known to walk with a limp and has gone missing in Racine County before. He goes by the nickname "Tinker."
He was wearing a stocking cap, jeans and a black "Jerry's General Contracting" coat.
He drives a gray 2010 Chrysler Town & Country van with license plate: 379-RPJ.
