A Silver Alert was issued for 78-year-old Ruby Clark Thursday morning.
She was last seen on the 5000 block of Burke Road in Madison.
She is 5 feet tall and 115 pounds with shoulder length black/grey hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a grey t-shirt and no shoes.
Ruby is hard of hearing.
