A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Whitewater woman.
76-year-old Susan Millin was last seen around 3:00 p.m Sunday afternoon when she was leaving Fort Atkinson Memorial hospital after visiting a family member.
She is about 5’3” tall, and weighs 125 lbs.
She was last seen wearing a forest green coat.
She drives a silver 2011 Kia Soul with the license plate number 819-NTX.
Anyone with information should contact the Whitewater Police Department.
