MANITOWOC -- Lately police lights in Manitowoc is not uncommon sights. Susan Keilberg has been living in the area for about six years now. She's concerned about her town.
"It makes you really wonder ... Grandmas live here their children their aunts and uncles it's that type of town, but I think its changing a little bit" Keilberg says.
Police say the murder is not a threat for residents in the area. But even with police reassurance Keilberg isn't so sure.
"It's just bizarre that so many unfortunate things are happening here I'm hearing from people i haven't in a long time wondering what time of town is Manitowoc" Keilberg continues.
Other residents are hopeful that police catch the suspect and it'll be the last time police lights are in the area for more than just a traffic stop.
