In Seymour on Saturday, they're serving up celebrations and burgers at the annual burger fest.
It includes a burger eating contest, a giant ketchup slide, and all kinds of fun for the entire family.
People at today's celebration say it's a special day for their city.
"Just to keep the memory alive of where the hamburger was born," Mark Groeschel said. "It's just a small town in Wisconsin, and just to keep the memory alive."
This year's burger fest marks 30 years for the city of Seymour - the home of the hamburger.
Festival leaders say they don't know exactly when it was born..only that it was born here.
