UPDATE: The Hobart-Lawrence Police Department has released the names of the victims killed in an accident on Friday. 78-year old Donna M Dutter from Menasha and Russell F. Tritt Jr., 76 years-old from Omro were killed when their car collided with a dump truck.

From the Hobart-Lawrence Police Department:
The vehicle was north on CTH U and the dump truck was west bound on CTH EE. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. The vehicle was occupied by a passenger, a 76-year-old male from Omro Wisconsin who was also pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the dump truck was not injured.
The crash is currently being investigated by Hobart-Lawrence Police Department and The Brown County Sheriff’s Department reconstruction team. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
The intersection is closed with anticipation it will be open early this evening.
The Hobart/ Lawrence Police Department was assisted by the Oneida Fire Department, County Rescue,
Eagle III, Theda Star, Brown County Sheriff’s Department, Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department, Oneida Police Department, State Patrol and The Brown County Sheriff’s Department. At this time names and additional information will be withheld pending the notification of family members.

There are reports of a serious accident on County Roads U and EE in Outagamie County. A dispatch officer tells NBC26 there are injuries reported. Two helicopters responded to the scene.
