Former Door County Humane Society director Carrie Counihan pled no contest to stealing from the organization.
Counihan appeared in Door County court Thursday, October 13.
She plead no contest to five counts of Theft-Business setting of less than $2,500. The remaining counts were dismissed but read in for sentencing.
Court records say her sentencing hearing is scheduled for December 2 at 9:30 a.m.
