It was a crowded scene near Kavarna Coffee House in downtown Green Bay, Sunday. Nearly 500 people attended a postcard signing event to send letters to local representatives reacting to changes under the new presidential administration.
The event stems from a movement by the organizers of the Women's March in D.C. and it's called "10 Actions in 100 Days."
This is the beginning of all of us here starting to feel like we can do something together and that was really the reason why I posted this event on Facebook, I really didn't have any idea it was going to be this crowded," said event organizer, Melis Arik.
Event organizers say they had to received three shipments of postcards just to keep up with the crowds of people that flooded into the event.
