UPDATE: The Wisconsin DOT says all lanes are now back open to traffic.

The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office says its slow going on southbound I-41 on the Butte des Morts bridge Saturday morning.
As of around 8:30 a.m. Saturday, a semi truck is blocking lanes of traffic. The left lane of southbound I-41 remains open for travel, but could change once officials start to remove the semi.
The Sheriff's Office says gusty winds played a role.
No injuries were reported.
