Gavin Gilbertson will spend two years on probation and two weeks in jail after his conviction of spiking his teacher's drink. Gilbertson was also ordered to perform 32 hours of community service and if he completes all of the terms outlined in court, his record could be expunged.
18-year old Haily Brock was sentenced earlier for her role in the crime.
Gilbertson and Brock were convicted of putting white board cleaner in the Gillett High School teacher's soft drink. The teacher was taken to the hospital for treatment and recovered from the incident.
