A second person has died after a seaplane crash that happened last week in Oshkosh.
According to EAA spokesman, Dick Knapinski, the pilot, Ray Johnson of Marshall, Minnesota died early Monday morning.
Another victim, Diane Linker, 71, of Sauk Rapids, died from injuries last Friday.
The seaplane was trying to take off from Lake Winnebego and flipped over, landing in the water.
