Appleton police are investigating an armed robbery at the Family Dollar on the 800 block of W. Wisconsin Avenue.
Investigators say the suspect walked into the store around 2:45pm Monday and robbed the business using a gun.
The suspect description is similar to a robbery last week on nearby Richmond Street. Police are looking for a white man, about 6 feet tall with a slender build. He was wearing a dark jacket over a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark books. He had sunglasses on and a scarf over his face.
