A public forum was held today to discuss overcrowding in Green Bay schools. According to a recent study, Baird Elementary is over capacity by almost 150 students. The proposal to build a new school would cost taxpayers millions, so the public's input was invited. The school board has until January 24th to decide whether or not they want to put a referendum on the ballot in April.
