The ribbons are cut on a new fitness center at Grand Chute's Badger Elementary School.

Governor Scott Walker gave out high-fives to kids as they worked-out on the new fitness equipment.

The school is one of three schools in Wisconsin to be named National Fitness Champion for their effort in promoting physical activity.

The other two winning schools were Washington Middle School in Kenosha and Lincoln Center of the Arts in Milwaukee.

The "DON’T Quit! Fitness Centers" are financed through public and private partnerships, and do not rely on taxpayer dollars or state funding.
