People across the country mourning the 26 people including many children shot and killed in Newton four years ago today. Flags were flown at half staff at the Capitol in Hartford and at Sandy Hook Elementary people observed a moment of silence.
In Appleton a group of concerned students gathered at a local church to hold a discussion on the issue of gun violence and children. Students from Milwaukee came up to join in the talk. They hope they can encourage members of both parties to come together to discuss the issue.
