Safety tips during frigid temperatures

With the weather dipping below zero for extended periods of time, doctors have some tips to stay safe.

They say you should get warm often after going outside by going into a room-temperature area.

If you have to stay outside, make sure you're wearing plenty of layers and avoid exposed skin.

Lastly, don't use hot water to get warm.  Doctors say that could cause burns worse than even possible frostbite.
