Celebrating service gets personal in Green Bay today.
Congressman Ribble visted the Brown County Red Cross today to honor 100 year-old Blanche Baudhin's 40 years of volunteer service, reading her story into the congressional record.
Ribble said Baudhin's commitment to service is inspiring after her retirement more than 4 decades ago.
