Newly sworn in Republican representative for Wisconsin's eighth district, Mike Gallagher, was back home tonight meeting with constituents.
Gallagher met with local doctors and concerned citizens in Green Bay to discuss healthcare issues.
Gallagher won Reid Ribble's vacated seat in the general election.
"So many people in this room that sacrificed a lot of their time and hard work. And so this is really a celebration of them, and it's a team effort," says Gallagher. "I'm just blown away that they're willing to help me out, and now I owe them my best every single day."
Congressman Gallagher also plans on meeting with progressive groups to get their thoughts on how to improve the health care system.
