Powerball fever heats up in Northeast Wisconsin

Posted
Powerball fever is heating up in Northeast Wisconsin with the next jackpot at $450 million.

At the Krist gas station in Ashwaubenon, a steady stream of millionaire hopefuls have been buying up tickets. The big drawing is tomorrow and clerks say those with big dreams are dropping more on tickets than they usually do.

"It's been very, very busy with people buying $10 to $20 even almost $30 of lottery tickets, and it's really crazy and I'm like maybe I should buy myself some," said clerk David Steeno.

The chances of winning the big prize tomorrow is about one in 300 million.
