The Oshkosh Police Department has identified a woman walking near Minnesota Street at W. South Park Avenue.
The woman is in her late 60’s or 70’s and had no identification on her.
She was wearing a yellow fleece jacket, black nylon pants and white tennis shoes.
She was taken to Mercy Hospital for observation.
