Authorities took two people into custody in connection with a Friday afternoon child abuse investigation, according to Oshkosh Police.
The complaint was on Wyldewood Drive, where police tried to reach the parents of the child and take the child into protective custody, police said.
A 30-year-old woman and 33-year-old man were taken into custody and the minor was put into protective custody, police said.
The nature of the alleged abuse was not detailed in a Friday evening news release.
