De Pere Police are investigating a crash and they believe alcohol and speed may be to blame.
It happened around 1 a.m. at the intersection of Cardinal Street and O Keefe Road.
Officers said a 30-year-old male driver hit a trailer and flipped his car.
He was uninjured.
