Police are searching for a suspect they say fired a gun in a Walmart parking lot.
Oshkosh Police say they were called to the store on South Washburn Street just after 6 p.m. Thursday night.
They say someone fired a single shot and the bullet hit the ground. Nobody was hurt during the incident, according to police.
Police say the suspect then left in a vehicle driving eastbound on Highway 21 near Koeller Street. Officers say they tried to stop the vehicle that was driving eastbound on Highway 21 near Koeller Street, but it got away at a high rate of speed.
Oshkosh Police are still searching for the suspects that could be involved. They say there is no active threat to the community.
