Appleton Police responded to the area of Memorial Drive and Aykens Street on a report of a drive-by shooting. Officers say a witness described hearing the shots and seeing a vehicle leaving the area.
A second call was reported minutes later from a different location. The investigation revealed an argument resulted in shots being fired at each other on Memorial Drive.
There were no injuries, however, one of the vehicles sustained damage. The suspect in the case remains on the loose. Investigators tell NBC26 they are actively working the case and will release new information as it becomes available.
