Calumet County authorities released the name of a man killed by a gunshot wound Saturday night in the town of New Holstein.
Brandon Paulson, 19, of New Holstein was pronounced dead at the hospital. Deputies say Paulson was with a group of friends who were passing around a 38 caliber revolver. Paulson was handling the gun when the gun fired and struck him in the head, according to a press release sent to NBC26.
Police say no one else was injured. Deputies are continuing to investigate this incident.
