Oshkosh Police need the public's help finding man with a felony warrant out for his arrest.
Police say 34-year-old David L. Marks has a felony warrant out from the Wisconsin Community Corrections for a parole violation.
He is believed to be in the Oshkosh area.
Marks is described as 5'10' and 220 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
Police say Marks has tattoos on both arms.
