The Grand Chute Police department responded to reports of a hit and run accident involving a pedestrian on Friday.
Officers say they found a 39-year-old Appleton woman who had been struck by a vehicle while walking in the parking lot for Hancock Fabrics.
She was taken to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The victim says she believed it was a "dark colored sedan."
Officers are now reviewing surveillance video from nearby businesses in this ongoing investigation.
