All suspects in custody for Oshkosh robbery

UPDATE: 1:12 AM -- Lee B. Hopfesnsperger was taken into custody by Oshkosh Police around 11:00 PM Sunday. 

The investigation into the incident is still ongoing at this time.

DATE: 8:00 PM: Oshkosh Police have taken a second person into custody. William Marx was arrested in Fond du Lac around 5:30 PM. Police are still looking for Lee Hopfensperger.

UPDATE: 3:08 PM: Oshkosh Police report they have taken Abigail Schutzbank into custody. They are still looking for Marx and Hopfensperger.

UPDATE: Oshkosh Police have located the 2001 red Ford explorer that was involved in the incident. They are still searching for the three people involved

The Oshkosh Police Department reports there was a strong armed robbery and battery at a home on the 300 block of Bowen Street early this morning in Oshkosh.

The department was notified when around 6:30 AM, a man covered in blood was walking on that street. The victim is a 50-year-old man. He was treated and released from the hospital.

Police are now looking to speak with 3 people regarding the incident.

1. William C. Marx, 22-year-old white male, red hair and brown eyes

2. Lee B. Hopfensperger, 22-year-old white male, brown hair and hazel eyes

3. Abigail L. Schutzbank, 23-year-old white female, brown hair and blue eyes

Police say they believe the 3 are in a vehicle that has been reported stolen and may have left town.

It is a red 2001 Ford Explorer 4-door with WI license plate #875YGH.
