Police investigating woman's death as a homicide

Posted

Investigators are seeking the public's help to gather any information on what led to the death of a woman.

Grand Chute Police say they are now investigating the death of Megan Rogers, 27 of Appleton, as a homicide.

They say Rogers was injured in a traffic incident on July 26. Officers found her lying on the ground near West Prospect Avenue and Northern Road.

Police believe Rogers was either pushed out of a vehicle, fell from a vehicle or was hit by one.

"Our main focus is to find justice for the victim and the victim's family," said Officer Travis Waas. "It's going to be a team effort."

If you have any information that can help with the investigation, please call Grand Chute Police at (920) 832-1575.
