Green Bay Police have identified a man killed in a crash on Tuesday. The victim in the fatal car crash has been identified as John Phillips, a 29 year old Green Bay resident.
Police are still investigated the cause of the crash. Investigators are asking any drivers that may have seen Phillips on I-43 between 5:00 AM to 5:46 AM on Tuesday to contact the Green Bay Police Department at (920) 448-3208 and ask to speak with Detective Dick Allcox.
